Who we are

We are a Wollongong-based facilities management business. Our job is simple to describe: look after the property so the people responsible for it can get on with everything else.

That covers the regular work, such as cleaning, grounds and routine maintenance, and the scheduled compliance tasks that are easy to forget until they are overdue, such as electrical test and tag and fire equipment checks.

The business is built around a simple idea: fewer contractors and more accountability. We offer the services a property needs under one roof, with one point of contact and a written scope for every job.

How we work

• We look at the property before we quote, so the price reflects the real job.
• We put the scope in writing.
• We turn up when we said we would, and tell you early if anything changes.
• We report what we find, including the things you did not ask us to look at.
• Work that requires a licensed trade is carried out by an appropriately licensed technician.
