Airbnb and short-stay cleaning from Wollongong to the South Coast

In short-stay accommodation, cleanliness is the review. Guests notice a hair in the shower or a crumb in the toaster and they mention it. Hawks Facilities Management provides turnover cleaning for Airbnb and holiday rental hosts across Wollongong, Shellharbour, Kiama, Gerringong, Berry and Nowra.

We work to your booking calendar so the property is ready between check-out and check-in, every time.

What is included

• Full clean of kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms
• Beds stripped and remade with fresh linen
• Towels changed and presented
• Bins emptied and relined
• Restocking of toiletries and basics you supply
• Dishes, fridge and appliances checked
• Balcony and outdoor area tidy
• Damage, breakages or missing items reported with photos

Built around same-day turnarounds

Back-to-back bookings leave a short window between guests. Share your calendar or message us your check-out and check-in times and we schedule the clean to fit. If something is wrong at the property, you hear about it before the next guest arrives.

More than a clean

Because we are a facilities company, the same team can arrange the things a clean turns up: a blown globe, a blocked gutter, a pressure wash of the deck before summer or a periodic deep clean and carpet clean between seasons.
