Getting started
What does Hawks Facilities Management do?
We look after buildings and properties: commercial cleaning and janitorial work, building and property maintenance, groundskeeping, HVAC servicing management, pest control management, electrical test and tag, and routine fire equipment inspection and testing. We also provide carpet, window, deep, pressure, solar panel and Airbnb cleaning.
What areas do you service?
We are based in Wollongong and cover the Illawarra and Shoalhaven from Helensburgh in the north to Nowra in the south, including Thirroul, Bulli, Corrimal, Figtree, Unanderra, Port Kembla, Dapto, Albion Park, Shellharbour, Kiama, Gerringong and Berry.
How do I get a quote?
Fill in the enquiry form, call 0414 558 678, message us on WhatsApp or email info@hawksfm.com. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. For larger or ongoing work we will arrange a site visit first so the quote reflects the real job.
Do you work with homes as well as businesses?
Yes. Our focus is commercial, strata and managed property, but we also clean carpets, windows, solar panels and driveways for homeowners and provide turnover cleaning for Airbnb and holiday rental hosts.
Working with us
Can I combine several services?
Yes, and most clients do. Combining cleaning, maintenance, grounds and compliance testing under one provider means one schedule, one invoice and one person to call.
Do you offer after-hours or weekend work?
Yes, by arrangement. Commercial cleaning is commonly done outside business hours, and testing or maintenance can be scheduled to avoid disrupting your operations.
Are there lock-in contracts?
One-off jobs have no ongoing commitment. For regular services, the terms are agreed with you before we start and set out clearly in your quote.
Do you bring your own equipment and products?
Yes. We arrive with the equipment and products needed for the agreed scope of work.
Compliance and safety
Who carries out licensed work such as pest treatments or refrigerant handling?
Work that legally requires a licence, such as pest management treatments, refrigerant handling and electrical wiring, is carried out by appropriately licensed technicians. We coordinate the work and keep the records together for you.
Will I receive records of testing and servicing?
Yes. Test and tag comes with an itemised asset register, and fire equipment and HVAC servicing come with written service reports, so you have the documentation your workplace and building obligations call for.
How will I know when the next service is due?
We keep track of due dates for scheduled services and contact you ahead of time to book the next visit.
